– We noted before that WWE was planning on cracking down on fans to try and prevent future incidents where they hop the barriers.
The fan, 37 year old Oscar Ramirez of Houston, who entered the ring at WWE Night of Champions on Sunday was charged with criminal trespass of a property or building with no forced entry, according to PWInsider.
The fan has plead guilty and was sentenced to 10 days in jail. If the case went to trial, he could have faced 1.5 years.
