Jeff Hardy had a BAC of.294 when he was arrested early Monday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

According to police documents acquired by TMZ Sports, authorities pulled down Hardy after saying he was driving erratically on Volusia County roadways in a white Dodge Charger.

According to the records, police received four calls about the Charger’s “bad driving style.” The vehicle was “driving far below the speed limit, swerving across travel lanes, and running off the shoulder of the roadway” when cops eventually caught up with it, according to cops.


Jeff Hardy has gotten himself into some legal problems once more.

Last night / early this morning, the wrestling legend was arrested in Volusia County, Florida, alongside his brother Matt Hardy as one-half of The Hardy Brothers tag-team in AEW.

On June 13, 2022, Hardy was arrested and booked into the Volusia County Jail around 12:45 a.m. He was charged with Driving While License Canceled, Suspended, or Revoked, as well as Violation of Drivers License Restrictions and DUI Alcohol / Drugs Third Offense within 10 Years.

Hardy, 44, was given a $3,500 surety cash bond – $500 for the multiple charges on his driver’s licence, plus an additional $2,500 for the DUI charge.

The pro wrestling legend is currently being held at the S. James Foxman Justice Center in Daytona Beach, Florida, as of this writing. On Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at 1:30 p.m., he will appear in front of a court for his first hearing.
