Daniel Bryan, a former WWE superstar and multi-time world champion, has joined All Elite Wrestling.
According to the source, Bryan recently signed a deal with the promotion shortly after it was revealed that WWE had not included Bryan in their merchandise plans for the years 2021-2022. According to rumours, he will make his debut for AEW on September 22nd at the Arthur Ashe Stadium concert in New York.
Bryan is believed to have gotten all of his requests from AEW, including working fewer dates, the option to appear in Japan, and creative control over his character. Following his loss to Roman Reigns on an episode of SmackDown, his WWE contract officially terminated in April. Since that defeat, he has made no announcements or given any interviews on his pro-wrestling future.
